Prepare the Packaging
Carefully place the plant or accessory in its original packaging, ensuring the soil is secured and the pot is cushioned to prevent transit damage.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.
Receive Your Refund
